01 — Policies & Order Terms

Important details to review before production.

KP House works on requirement-based orders. Because custom garments differ by product and specification, final commercial and production terms are confirmed in the quotation and order confirmation.

Order Terms

Every requirement should be confirmed with the product details, quantity, size mix, fabric, colour, branding, destination and required date. The quotation or order confirmation is the controlling document for the specific order.

Sample & Approval

Where a sample or development step is required, the agreed specifications should be checked before bulk production. Do not assume a reference image alone defines every measurement or construction detail; the approved requirement should be recorded.

Quality

Quality checks should cover fabric, cutting, stitching, branding, finishing, size and final presentation. For specialised or protective garments, any required technical specification or certification must be confirmed before production.

Delivery

Delivery timing depends on the product, quantity, approval stage, production schedule and destination. The expected timeline and delivery terms should be confirmed in the quotation before the order is finalised.

Changes & Cancellation

Because custom garments may enter development or production specifically for the buyer, changes after approval can affect cost and timing. Any change or cancellation request should be raised as early as possible and will be handled according to the confirmed order terms.

Custom Products & Returns

Return, exchange or remake treatment depends on the reason and the agreed order terms. If there is a manufacturing or specification issue, contact KP House promptly with order details and supporting photographs so the matter can be reviewed.
