01 — Care & Size
Build the right garment for real working conditions.
Fabric, fit and care should be selected together. The correct choice depends on climate, working hours, washing frequency, movement and the visual standard required by the organisation.
FitChoose the intended silhouette — regular, relaxed, tailored or role-specific — and confirm measurements before bulk production.
Size MixProvide the expected size breakdown by product or department. A complete team requirement can be organised from one consolidated size sheet.
FabricDiscuss weight, composition, breathability, stretch, durability and care cycle instead of selecting fabric on appearance alone.
WashingFollow the care label supplied with the approved garment. Commercial or frequent washing should be considered during fabric and construction selection.
BrandingEmbroidery, printing, labels and trims should be evaluated for the garment fabric, wash cycle and required visual finish.
ReplacementFor ongoing uniform programmes, keep the approved product reference and size information so future replacements can be coordinated.
02 — Size Discussion
Need help preparing your size sheet?
Send your existing size chart or a list of staff sizes. We can discuss how the size breakdown should be organised for the selected product.
